The application for subdivision of this property appears to have a measurable
impact on Route 990, Aviation Drive, the VDOT facility which would provide access
to the property. Before development, this office will require a complete set of
construction plans for review. Entrances will have to be constructed to VDOT
minimum standards to allow for safe egress and ingress of the property.
Please note Aviation Drive is State Route 990 and this should be reflected on the
plat.

At the Airport Business Park (Mad Bomber)- Painter Lewis has submitted a
subdivision without State Road Frontage. Is this allowed? And- are
they required to ante up $325 also? The plat is in your IN BOX.
Monica from P/L is anxious to hear from us. Would you please let her
know our requirements? I will return Monday and will let them know if
you would like for me call them.
