day of 2001, by ADAMS FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
a Virginia limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as AFLP.
W I T N E S S E T H: ,
WHEREAS, AFLP is the owner of a parcel of land containing
17.5944 acres, and is also the owner of Lot 6, Section One, Airport
Business Center, containing 3.2244 acres, said parcels being a
portion of the property conveyed to AFLP by Deed -dated May 23,
1994 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Cirtuit Court for
Frederick County, Virginia in Deed Book 626, at Page 479; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of AFLP to adjust the boundary
lines of said lots, to create a single parcel containing 10.8188
acres, as shown on the plat of Elliott Ritchie, Jr., L.S., dated
+January 22, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this
]reference made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the said boundary line adjustment%has'been approved
1by Frederick County, Virginia in accordance with applicable
ordinances, as indicated by the endorsement on the attached plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, AFLP hereby merges the hereinabove described
property containing 7.5944 acres with the parcel: identified as
Lot 6, Section One, Airport Business Center, creating a r.ew parcel
containing 10.8186 acres, to be known as Lot 6A, Section One,
rport Business Center, Tax Map #64F-1-6, as shown on the plat
(attached hereto and made a part hereof.
