WHEREAS, Grantor finds it necessary and convenient to dedicate and

hereby dedicated to the Commonwealth of Virginia" (the "Dedicated Property")
to the Commonwealth in order to allow for the widening of Virginia Secondary

Two, Airport Business Center, Shawnee Magisterial District,
Frederick County, Virginia"; and being the same land conveyed to
the Grantor herein by deed dated September 21, 1999 from Airport
Business Park, L.L.C., a Virginia limited liability company, of
record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick
County, Virginia in Deed Book 950 at page 307.
For a more particular description of the land herein conveyed, reference
is made to photocopy of said plat,. showing outlined in RED the land conveyed
in fee simple, which photocopy is hereto attached as part of this conveyance
and recorded simultaneously herewith in the State Highway Plat Book
