THIS DEED made and dated this � day of nA RGy
1977, by and between John F. MacLellan, Randolph M. Jackson,
Thomas C. Apostle and North Mountain Properties, Inc., a
Virginia corporation, Partners, trading as MacLellan Associates,
of the one part, hereinafter called the Grantors, and Richard W.
McBride and Geneva D. McBride, his wife, of the other part,
hereinafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and other valuable consideration,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors do hereby
grant and convey with general warranty and English covenants of
title, unto the Grantees, as tenants by the entirety, with the
right of survivorship, as at common law, in fee simple, together
with all rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging,
all that certain tract or parcel of lard lying and being situate
about 3-1/2 miles East of Winchester on the East side of Road
No. 664 in Stonewall Magisterial District, Frederick County,
Virginia, and more particularly described by plat and survey of
Richard U. Goode, C.L.S., dated March 1, 1977, attached hereto
and as a part hereof, and designated on said survey as Tract "B"
containing 5.28 Acres including that certain 30' R-O-W extending
from Tract "B" across Tract "A" to Road No. 664 as shown on the
aforesaid plat. This is a portion of the same property conveyed
to the Grantors herein by Deed of Anna V. Hott, Widow, dated
April 2, 1973, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit
Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 406, Page 382.
This conveyance is made subject to any and all ease-
ments, restrictions and/or conditions of record, if any,
affecting the aforesaid realty.

The above tract of land, located about 31 miles cast of Winchester on the
Northeast side of Road No. 664, and situate in Stonewall Magisterial
District, Frederick County, Virginia, is bounded as follows:
Beginning at (1) a point in the center of Road No. 664, said point being
150.00 feet Northwest of the Burnt Factory Methodist Church Lot and opposite
an iron peg on the Northeast side of the Road; thence with the center of
Road No. 664 for the following three courses: N 35 deg. 38 min. 26 sec. w
51.43 feet to (2); thence with a curve to the right, the radius of which is
1117.42 feet, for a distance of 1y9.47 feet to 3); thence K 25 deg.
24 min. 46 sec. W 49.10 feet to (4) a point in the center of Road No. 664
opposite an iron peg on the Northeast side of the Road; thence with a new
division line through the land of bacLellan and Others N 60 deg. 24 min.
11 sec. E 691.38 feet to (5) a point in the center of the Upaquon Creek
opposite an iron peg on the Southwest bank of the Creek; thence with the
center of the Upequon Creek for the following three courses:
