Lloyd and Stephen, Centex Homes is looking for a letter from VDOT stating that the public improvements on the above mentioned roads are basically completed and that the roads are open to thru traffic. Centex needs this letter in order for the County to continue the processing of our building permit applications for the model homes in the Meadows Edge subdivision. The letter can be basic and to the point. would be happy to meet your inspector Ronnie Dove to review the areas if needed. The striping is now 100% completed per the latest plans and the guard rail and overlay of Town Run Lane are nearly 100 % completed.... The overlay is 100% and the guardrail should be 100% tomorrow. This letter in no way constitutes acceptance of the streets and tie ins, it simply states that we 10/11/2007 Page 2 of 2 have met our obligation and future acceptance of these roadways is a completely separate issue. I will be requesting the inspections and release of these roadways in the near future.
