This letter is to confirm action taken by the Frederick County Planning Commission at their
meeting of November 3, 1993.
Application #010-93 for the Lipscomb Subdivision was unanimously approved for the division
of two lots in the Stonewall Industrial Park. This property is located on the south side of Lenoir
Drive, southwest of McGhee Road, in the Gainesboro District, and is identified as PIN 43-19-5.
In order to obtain final approval from this department you will need to submit plats complete
with the signatures of the owners, the Virginia Department of Transportation, and the Frederick
County Sanitation Authority.

plan for this industrial park and this proposed subdivision
conforms to the master plan. L & L Builders business is
located on lot 5A and a site plan has been submitted for the
construction of lease buildings on lot 5. There does not
appear to be any problems associated with this application.
