This letter is to confirm action taken by the Frederick County Board of
Supervisors on March 26, 1986.
Approval of the Final Subdivision Plat of Lenoir City Company of Virginia -Jim
Wilson Parcel located on McGhee Road in the Stonewall Industrial Park, Stonewall
Magisterial District, for the facilities for Industrial Refuse, Inc.
Your site plan will need to be reviewed prior to development of this site to
include required access parking, fire hydrant, and other site planning items.
Before any excavation or land disturbance is undertaken, a land disturbing permit
must be obtained and before construction, a building permit must be obtained.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to call
this office.
