As Lakeville Circle is not a state road at this time, a guarantee bond will need to be posted with Frederick County to cover any necessary improvement costs. It is my understanding that this road has been built to VDOT standards, and based on conversations with Steve Melnikoff and yourself, an amount of $5,000 will be adequate to guarantee any outstanding road improvements that may occur prior to the road's acceptance into the state road system.. Once this office receives a $5,000 guarantee and the final subdivision plats with the necessary signatures (VDOT, Sanitation Authority, and notarized property owner's), I will see that the plat is approved by Frederick County.
