Box 2104 Winchester, Virginia 22601 Dear Mr. Brown: This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Planning Commission's action at their meeting of May 18, 1988: Approval of Final Subdivision Plat of Lakeside Development Company, zoned RP, for two lots (3.2023 acres and 0.9590 acres) with necessary easements. This property is located on the north side of State Route 642, at the Chinkapin Drive intersection, in the Shawnee Magisterial District.
