P. Hood Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, of the other part, hereinafter called the Grantee. Tile Extended Option Period terminates on April 30, 2006. The Purchaser may exercise the Option during the Option Period or the Extended Option Period by giving the Setter notice thereof, at which time the Option Agreement shall become a binding agreement of purchase and sale. (2) Copies of Option Agreement. Original copies of the Option Agreement are in the possession of Seller and Purchaser. The Option Agreement contains other terms not herein set forth but which are incorporated by reference herein for all purposes, and this Memorandum is executed for the purpose of placing parties dealing with the Property on notice of the existence of titc opt ion Agreement and, where appropriate, its contents, and shall ratify and confirm all other tcnns of file Option Agreement as fully as if the same had been set forth herein. Additional information concerning the terms of the Option Agreement can be obtained from the Seller or Purchaser at file addresses set forth above. (3) E=se of Memorandum.
