Two Lots: 4.08527 acres and 2.89874 acres
Zoned B-2 (Business General)
LOCATION: North side of Route 7, east of Winchester.
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Commercial, Residential, and Vacant Land Use and
B-2 (Business General) and MH-1 (Mobile Home Park) Zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Division of two lots fronting on Route 7 and
consisting of 4.08527 acres and 2.89874 acres.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Highway Department — No objection to the proposal. Prior to any development
of these lots, a permit must be applied for and approved to meet the minimum
VDH&T's requirements.
Sanitation Authority — Sewer and water facilities are available to the
property.
Greenwood Fire Company — No objection. Must meet the requirements of the
County Fire Code, Chapter 10.
Planning and Zoning — No objection.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS: Unanimous approval
