Box 1714 Henderson, N.C. 27536 Dear Mr. Clark: This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Board of Supervisors' action at their meeting of February 22, 1989: Approval of Final Subdivision Plat of Jamesway Plaza, Zoned B-4, for the creation of a 1.2492 acre parcel out of the 20+ acre parent parcel situated at the southeast corner of the plaza tract. This property is located at the intersection of Routes 277 and 641 in the Opequon Magisterial District.
