T LAW NVlxcnssrsR. VA. 22601 1 f SOUTH CAMERON STREET THIS DECLARATION AND DEED OF EASEMENT made and dated this llth day of June, 1981, by and between JIC, LTD., a Virginia Corporation. WHEREAS, JIC, Ltd. is the owner of Lots 7, 9, 16, and 17 in that certain Subdivision shown on the plat drawn by Richard U. Goode, C. L. S., dated March 31, 1981, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof as if set out in full; and, WHEREAS, JIC, Ltd. desires to establish an easement for septic system on a portion of Lot 17 for the benefit of Lot 16, and to establish easement for septic system on a portion of Lot 9 for the benefit of Lot 7. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in considera- tion of the benefits to be derived therefrom, JIC, Ltd. hereby declares its intent that an easement for septic system for the benefit and use of Lot 16 shall be established on the North- western portion of Lot 17 in the area marked 75 ft. by 225 ft. as shown on the aforesaid attached plat, by this reference made a part hereof as if set out in full. The owners of Lot 16 and 7 shall have the right to go upon Lot 17 and Lot 9, respectively, for the construction, main- tenance, and reconstruction of any septic system established on each of the respective servient estates, namely Lot 17 and Lot 9, respectively. This Easement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of JIC, LTD. and this Easement shall be incorporated by reference in all deeds hereafter conveying Lots 16, 17, 7, and 9, respectively, as shown on the aforesaid attached plat.
