WHEREAS, JIC, Ltd. is the owner of Lots 7, 9, 16, and 17 in that certain Subdivision shown on the plat drawn by Richard U. Goode, C. L. S., dated March 31, 1981, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof as if set out in full; and, WHEREAS, JIC, Ltd. desires to establish an easement for septic system on a portion of Lot 17 for the benefit of Lot 16, and to establish easement for septic system on a portion of Lot 9 for the benefit of Lot 7. This Easement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of JIC, LTD. and this Easement shall be incorporated by reference in all deeds hereafter conveying Lots 16, 17, 7, and 9, respectively, as shown on the aforesaid attached plat.
