Dear Wayne,
Thank you for our brief discussion relative the proposed subdivision of the First
Virginia Bank property for Mr. William Holtzman of Mt. Jackson, Virginia. This is the same
project for which an entrance waiver was granted in a recent Planning Commission meeting.
It includes a Burger King Restaurant, an Amoco Convenience Center to include a drive-thru
car wash facility and a small office building for Shenandoah Telephone Company.
Attached are the subdivision plats which partitions the existing First Virginia Bank
property into two tracts with the Bank having 0.644 acres and Holtzman acquiring 2.049 acres.
Please accept this letter as our request for subdivision approval by the Frederick County
Planning Commission and if we can be of any additional service or if you require any
information in this regard, please do not hesitate to call. We understand that this matter will
be heard at the Planning Commission meeting of September 7 and the Board meeting of
September 14.
