Attention: Mr. Jamie Judy
As requested, an inspection has been performed on the subject land use permit. The
following items were found to be in need of repairs:
• Stop sign to be 30"x30" and 7' from ground level and 18" above sign. Place 24" stop bar
and double yellow and white line. All pavement marking to be in thermoplastic Class B
paint.
• Place wheelchair ramp across from existing ramp and replace broken sidewalk and ramp
in existing.
• Place right turn lane into sight.
• Backfill and stabilize behind curb and around walk where needed.
• All damaged concrete marked with orange paint to be replaced.
• Place invert in DI at House #201 and all structures in easement areas.
• Place stop sign 30N30" encapsulated lenses at all private and State maintained
roadways.
• Clean pipe between DI "E" in parking lot and DI "D" in cul-de-sac.
• Structure C-1 place weep hole in structure and remove wood forms. Parge all voids.
• Structure "D" place under in hole so it will drainage.
• All water valves and sanitary sewer structures in street to be adjusted properly.
• Structure C-2A lower under drain, clean pipe and parge set holes or place rubberized
sealant in set holes.
• Low fire hydrant to proper grade next to Structure C-2A.
