The accompanying plat is a subdivision of a portion of
the land of Fort Collier Group, L.C. as recorded on September
18, 1991 in the Frederick County Clerk's Office in Deed Book
766 at Page 73.
The said portion lies on the southern side of the Chessie
System Railroad and along the western side of Interstate 81,
also bordering the cul-de-sacs of Park Center Drive and Brooke
Road in Stonewall District of Frederick County, Virginia and
