Henry for two lots: Lot 32 (0.6061 acres) and Lot 33 (0.5830 acres), zoned B-2, and located on Baker Lane in the Stonewall Magisterial District. Sight distance for this lot is adequate. However, before we can comment further, a detailed plan showing the proposed entrance must be submitted to our office for review and approval. A land use permit is required before any work is done on the Department's right-of-way. Sanitation Authority - Plats are OK. Inspections Department - No comment. Planning and Zoning - No objection.
