This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Board of Supervisors' action at
their meeting of December 13, 1988:
Approval of Final Subdivision Plat of Kimerly G. Henry for two lots: Lot 32
(0.6061 acres) and Lot 33 (0.5830 acres), zoned B-2, and located on Baker Lane in
the Stonewall Magisterial District.

REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
VA Dept. of Transportation - No objection to the subdivision. Sight distance
for this lot is adequate. However, before we can comment further, a detailed
plan showing the proposed entrance must be submitted to our office for review
and approval. A land use permit is required before any work is done on the
Department's right-of-way.
Sanitation Authority - Plats are OK.
Inspections Department - No comment.
Planning and Zoning - No objection. VDOT tells us that the project to
straighten Baker Road will begin in the next few months.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.

it appears commercial entrances for businesses cannot be obtained due to inadequate
