This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Board of Supervisors' action at
their meeting of May 11, 1988:
Approval of Final Subdivision Plat of Curtis R. Hansen Land, zoned M-1, for a
five acre industrial lot with public utilities. This property is a portion of
Lot 7 in the J.I.C. Industrial Park, located on the east side of a 60 foot
right-of-way leading to Virginia Route 728, in the Shawnee Magisterial District.

Planning Commission meeting of April 20, 1988.
Greenwood Fire Company - Pending sewer and water service.
Sanitation Authority - The Sanitation Authority currently has under
construction water and sewer facilities which will serve this subdivision.
The service is scheduled to be available within six months.
Planning and Zoning - No objection. Sewer and water will be available as per
Sanitation Authority. This area is proposed to be served by a VDOT road
using industrial access funds.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
