The present layout contains 13 lots ranging from 12 to 16,000 square feet. The proposed layout contains 15 lots ranging from 12 to 13,000 square feet. All lots shall be used for single family residential purposes only. No detached garage nor carport shall be permitted on any lot. No animals of any kind (including livestock, poultry or birds) shall be permitted on any lot, except that dogs, cats and other usual household pets may be kept, provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for commercial or charitable purposes or in unusual numbers. 5. No fence or hedge shall be constructed or planted in the front nor along the side (not applicable to corner lots) of any residence nor within twenty-five (25) feet of any street. It appears the rights -of -way within this section have been constructed in accordance with the approved plans. Therefore, the streets may be considered eligible for acceptance into the State's Secondary Road System when the following conditions are met: the streets are accessible from existing State maintained roadways serving a minimum public service of three (3) occupied dwellings per street the addition is requested by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors through resolution As we have previously discussed, it is your intent to add these streets and the remaining sections of the Greenbriar Village development to the State's System at the same time. Therefore, the streets must be maintained until that time. We noticed several lots being developed. As you know these individual developers tend to cause damage to the right-of-way. It would be to your advantage to control this until the time of addition. I have enclosed for your use a copy of information needed prior to acceptance of subdivision streets into the State's Secondary Road System.
