The application for subdivision of this property appears to have a measurable impact on Route 1323, Park Center Drive, the VDOT facility which would provide access to the property. Before development, this office will require a complete set of construction plans for review. Entrances will have to be constructed to VDOT standards to allow for safe egress and ingress of the property.
