The Master Development Plan has been recreated to be as close to an exact replica of the previously approved MDP #03-08 as possible with the exception of updating the proffers to show the ones approved in 2015. The below narrative describes the changes that were made between first submission of the revised MDP application and the slip sheets which were recently provided. Again, the goal of this application is to be an exact replica of the MDP #03-08 with the addition of the updated proffer statement approved in 2015.
