This revised MDP is approved to add additional acreage to the site to enable the construction of a new manufacturing/office building. This MDP revision has no change in the use from what has been previously approved. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been addressed in the plan. Tim Stowe will be issuing a new check less the overage for the MDP for a total of $11,060. The other application fees (site plans (2), lot consolidation) are correct, and we can start our review. I anticipate receiving early this week. Please let me know if you have any questions.
