In response to the comments regarding the above referenced project dated October 21, 2019, we offer the
following:
Power of Attorney. A signed and notarized "Special Limited Power of Attorney Form," from the master
development plan (MDP) application package should be provided for inclusion in the project file.
Response: A signed and notarized "Special Limited Power of Attorney Form" is included with this
submission.
2. Owners Signature. A signed owner's certificate is required on final copies for signature by the Planning Director
and County Administrator.
Response: Acknowledged. Owner's signature to be provided with final submission.
3. Previous Plans. Sheets 1 and 2 from the previously approved plan should be removed from the package. On Sheet
C1 update Note #1 to further specify previously approved plans — MDP #02-13 & MDP #01-16.
Response: Sheets 1 and 2 have been removed as requested. Note #1 has been revised to reference approved
MDP 402-13 and MDP #01-16. See Sheet COL
4. Proiect Summary. Include a new "Project Summary" on Sheet Cl; further specify the parcel identification

Response: A "Project Summary" has been added in the lower right corner of Sheet COL A Vicinity Map

Revision Narrative. Update the narrative to further specify the change in the number of units. Update the last

Response: The narrative has been revised to include the change in total number of units from previously

The revised master development plan for this property appears to have significant measurable impact
on Routes 50 and 1520 (Inverlee Way), the VDOT facilities which would provide access to the
property. We have the following comments:
It is requested that it is made clear, your proposed revision will eliminate on -street parking
in the subdivision.
Before making any final comments, this office will require a complete set of site plans, drainage
calculations and traffic flow data from the I.T.E. Trip Generation Manual, Seventh Edition for
review. VDOT reserves the right to comment on all right-of-way needs, including right-of-way
dedications, traffic signalization, and off -site roadway improvements and drainage. Prior to
construction on the State's right-of-way the developer will need to apply to this office for issuance of
appropriate permits to cover said work.
