Staff s review comments are listed below. 1. Revisions Sheet. The revisions sheet only references the removal of the streets. It should be revised to also indicate the changes in environmental features/open space. 2. Sidewalks. There are sidewalks and ramps added to some roads on sheets 7-10 that were not shown on the original MDP. Since the road details on sheet 6 show the sidewalks, the sidewalks added to sheets 7-10 should be removed so the sheets match the original. 3. Topography. The topography on sheets 7-11 is very dark and should be lightened to match what was on the original MDP. In order to continue the review of this Master Development Plan, you will need to submit all review agency comments and review fee in the amount of $2,000.00 (base fee) to this department. Review comments are required from the following agencies: Frederick County Department of Public Works, Frederick County Department of G.I.S., and the Virginia Department of Transportation. The projected average daily traffic volume for Blackfield Street has been calculated, which demonstrates a 0-400 ADT classification level.
