Dear Mr. Glaize:
The minor revision to the Westview Business Center Master Development Plan was administratively
approved on April 9, 1999. As you are aware, the purpose of this revision was to modify the buffer
located adjacent to the parcel identified by PIN 64-A-159. A previous revision to this Master
Development Plan occurred on April 30, 1997. Originally, Master Development Plan #012-87 was
approved by the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors on November 23, 1987 for the
development previously known as the Airport Corporate Center.
The Westview Business Center development is located on the south side of U.S. Route 50 and east
of State Route 728, and is identified by Property Identification Numbers 64-A-159D and 64-A-159F
in the Shawnee Magisterial District.

RE: Administrative Approval of Revised Westview Business Center Master Development Plan
Dear Mr. Glaize:
The Revised Westview Business Center Master Development Plan was administratively approved on
April 30, 1997. The Westview Business Center development is located on the south side of U.S.
Route 50 and east of State Route 728, and is identified by Property Identification Numbers 64-A-
159D and 64-A-159F in the Shawnee Magisterial District. Originally, Master Development Plan
#012-87 was approved by the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors on November 23, 1987
for the development previously known as the Airport Corporate Center.
This Revised Master Development Plan represents the development of the remaining 23.7 acres of
B2 (Business General) zoned land and 80.89 acres ofMI (Light Industrial) zoned land. The proposed
use for the development is as a business center. An existing 60' right-of-way, Independence Drive,
provides access to the development from both U.S. Route 50 and Victory Lane. The protection of
environmental features and the conceptual stormwater management plan has been addressed to the
satisfaction of the Planning Department and the County Engineer, respectively.
I have provided Mr. Steve Gyurisin with three signed copies of the Approved Revised Master
Development Plan. It is my understanding that he has delivered these plans to you personally. Please
