The buffer must be set back enough to meet VDOT line of sight distance requirements to allow traffic to safely enter S.R. 659 from the 30' driveway that services the development. 2. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT Site topographical characteristics appear consistent with the plan to utilize on -site detention as a means of handling runoff. However, request this be reviewed after site elevations have been finalized. Off -site easement may be needed. 3. UTILITIES a.
