Greenway Engineering will submit the completed application form, approved agency comments, Special Limited Power of Attorney form, final master development plans containing owner and engineer signatures and an application fee in the amount of $6,232.00. Please note that per my discussion with Eric Lawrence, I was advised by email that the application fee would be the $1,500.00 base fee plus $50.00 per acre for the revised section. The acreage for the revised Land Bays 2 and 3 is 94.64 acres, which totals $4,732.00 plus the $1,500.00 base fee for a total of $6,232.00. 2) Areas of Change. All sheets containing new or revised information have been bubbled to identify the changes. This includes sheets 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, which also identifies agency revision dates. We will remove the bubbles on the final plan sets that are submitted for signature so you have clean copies. 3) Subtitle. A narrative entitled Revisions Made has been incorporated onto Sheet 2, which identifies the proposed revisions to the MDP. 4) Land Bay I Residential Lots. Per my meeting with Eric Lawrence on August 6, 2004, it was agreed that residential lots do not need to be shown on the MDP. We have eliminated the proposed 6 single-family lots from the dwelling unit tabulation to reflect the previously approved MDP.
