PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Townhouses and apartments. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Highway Department - A permit must be applied for and approved before any work is done on the State's right-of-way. Sanitation Authority - Sewer and water capacity presently exists to support the proposed development. Final plans must revise the layout of water lines and appurtenance in order for hydrant spacing to conform with the County Code and to provide for future looped water main through the Frederick Mall Land Trust tract on the north side of the development. I have provided the engineer with technical comments. Inspections Department - Proposed construction to be in compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building.Code and other applicable standards for the proposed use. Round Hill Fire Company - Need additional hydrant in front of apartments 8-11. Hydrants must be on a loop system so a fire flow can be maintained. Any refuse containers on the site must be accessible. Fire lanes must be constructed between townhouses, Sections 8-14 and 15-20, and between apartments, 24-27 and 28-31. Appropriate curb cut access must be constructed in accordance with Chapter 10, Article IX, Section 2-3-2, of the Code. Planning and Zoning - No objection; meets the requirements.
