B. ACCESS ISSUES 1. Projected traffic flows at all intersections to existing and proposed state maintained roads need to be provided. 2. Proposed typical sections of the roadways need to be identified on the plan and the proposed right-of-way dimension of the cul-de-sac shown on the plan. 3. Both the vertical and horizontal sight distance need to be verified at connections and intersections with final design. 4. Curb returns, right-of-way intersection radii, the cul-de-sac radius, and road curve radii should be labeled on the plan. There may be some concern with the minimum radius for the bend in the road.
