As a result of this agreement it is possible that your Master Development Plan application for Kernstown Heights might be completed. Plans which require the implementation of this agreement will need to be approved by the City and by the Sanitation Authority. We will need a comment form Wellington Jones of the Sanitation Authority submitted to our office to accompany your application. You may wish to contact Mr. Jones for information on how to best proceed. If you have questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact this office. Please be advised that requests for water and sewer for Plan #022-87, Z & S Partnership, and Plan #023-87, Kernstown Heights, have been tabled by the Utilities Ccmmittee. The committee has no timetable for considering the requests. Wastewater. Treatment Plant capacity issues continue to.be of great concern to the City, and until these issues are resolved, I would anticipate County extension requests will remain on the table. The developers of Plan #024-87, Star Fort Estates, have not formally requested water and sewer service from the City. Therefore, extensions have not been considered.
