Riley, Jr., County Administrator, we decided that we need you to take a look at the drainage in this area. Specifically, we are interested in determining if the drainage from the new development west of Greenwood Road (Route 656) has had a significant impact on the properties east of there and along Maloy Drive. If you recall, the day that we looked at the problems in Greenbriar and Fredericktowne we also looked at the culverts along Maloy Drive. We desire that you look at this situation and give us a preliminary report prior to a full blown study with some indication of cost since budget constraints are a consideration. I believe that your preliminary review should help us make a determination as to whether installation of detention facilities and/or different size culverts will be required and if further study will be necessary.
