Sanitation Authority - Easement for Frederick -Winchester Service Authority
sewer trunk line is not shown on plat. Water and sewer facilities must be
designed in accordance with Authority design standards.
Greenwood Fire Company - No comment.
Planning and Zoning - The master development plan proposes approximately 20
single-family cluster lots on a cul-de-sac with an entrance on Greenwood
Road. Approximately seven lots will contain substantial areas with slopes
over 15%. However, all environmental protection requirements and open space
requirements have been met. All woodlands, nearly all of the floodplairi
area, and 71% of steep slopes are included in open space. Buffer
requirements have been met, with the possible exception of a small area next
to the entrance. No recreational facilities are required or proposed and no
bonus is requested. The technical requirements of the reviewing agencies
will be met at the time of subdivision approval.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.

This agreement will be in effect from August 1, 1987 through
