Thank you in advance for helping me out with this mater. As pointed out we paid fees twice for the above
referenced Master plan review and ask that you refund the most recently paid fees to Dave Holliday
Construction.
The Master plan currently remains under the same ownership of the J. S. Cooley Trust and we are up dating the
agency review comments to accommodate the most recent proposed use. We wish to withdrawal #002-97
which was never processed and update the review comments prior to taking this to public hearing.
