conditions:

Health Dept. Drainfield presently saturated. No approval of
additional use of system or outside employees can be made
until conditions improve.
Fire Marshal: Vehicle repair facilities typically have risks
of fire associated with use of flammable or combustible
liquids. Request that a condition of approval be an annual
inspection of this facility for compliance with the Va. State
Fire Prevention Code.
Planning & Zoning: An on site inspection of this site was
made on April 16, 1991. The garage used for this business
sets back from the road a considerable distance and along the
edge of a wooded area. The building is well maintained and

inoperative vehicles located there. It was obvious that these
folks take pride in keeping their property looking good.
