However, prior to operation of the business a commercial entrance must be constructed to our minimum standards to allow for safe egress and ingress of the property. Any work performed on the State's right-of-way must be covered under a land use permit. This permit is issued by this office and requires an inspection fee and surety bond coverage. Inspections Dept. This structure shall comply with 1987 BOCA National Building Code, Use B, (business), Type 5-B construction. It will be classified as non -separated uses 313.1 but will still require a one hour separation because of Use Group R and B being in the same structure (Section 905) Health Dept. Site has drainfield that should be adequate for a two bedroom residence and a business of up to four employees. No objection to proposal. Although the adjoining properties are used for residential purposes and a church, if properly controlled , it is not expected that this activity would have any significant negative impact on the neighborhood.
