Prior to the public hearing at the Board of Supervisors meeting it was discovered that one adjoining property owner had not been notified and the applicant was required to resubmit a corrected application. There is an intervening parcel between the parcel where the sign is located and the adjoiner that was not notified, however, the parcel is owned by the same party.
