Reyes ,supervisor - Gainesboro District Home 540/888-4619 Fax 540/888-4648 E-mail: sreyes @ visuallink.com I discussed the matter of the right -a -way and people trespassing on your property on White Tail Lane with Mr. Patrick Davenport, Frederick County Division, and Sheriff Bob Williamson, Frederick County. Mr. Davenport advised me that property owner Mr. Nails does, in fact, have a Conditional Use Permit to conduct an archery business on his property but that there may be a violation of the use of a signs to promote the business. Mr. Davenport is looking into the matter. Regarding your complaint of trespassing by visitors to the Nail property, Sheriff Williamson informed me that guests of the property owners have the right to use the use the roads to and from such properties. Sheriff Williamson finther stated that if such trespassing for hunting purposes is occurring then the Frame Warden, who has jurisdiction over such matters, should be the person to contact. Sheriff Williamson also said that he would have the Game Warden, Mr. Carl Martin, contact me to discuss the matter. It was also suggested that steps could be taken by the Chestnut Estates Association to impose regulations in its convenent to help alleviate some of the problems.
