This letter is to confirm action taken by the Frederick County
Board of Supervisors at their meeting of October 9, 1991.
Your conditional use permit, #009-91, was approved for an office to
administer the "Outreach to Asia Nationals" program, a non-profit
organization chartered in the State of Virginia. This property is
located off of Route 522 North in the Hunting Ridge Retreat
subdivision, in the Gainesboro District, and is identified as
parcel 1 on --tax map 3.
This permit has been approved with the following condition:
1. That the applicant comply with the request of the Fire
Marshal to insure unrestricted access of emergency
vehicles.
Attached to this letter is a copy of the Fire Marshal's comments.
