REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Health Department - No objection. Walkover indicates no problem with sewage disposal. Frederick County Fire Inspector - I see no problem with this site in so far as fire protection. Prior to beginning business, please forward business name and emergency phone numbers to Fire Marshall. Clearbrook Fire Company - No comment. Inspections Department - Shall comply to Section 308, Use Group "M" Mercantile, of the BOCA Basic National Building Code 1987. Planning and Zoning - The Thompsons received a conditional use permit for a cottage occupation/garden supplies and rental in 1982. The use has expanded resulting in complaints, some of which have been addressed by the applicants. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval, with the following conditions: 1. A one year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the staff, Planning Commission, and Board of Supervisors. 2. If use, occupancy, or ownership of property changes, this conditional use permit shall expire. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS OF 3/1/89: Approval, with the following conditions: 1. This will be a one year permit to be reviewed and renewed annually by the staff, the Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors. 2.
