If the use of the property changes, this conditional use permit will expire and a new conditional use permit will be required. 3. A site plan meeting all site plan requirements shall be provided and reviewed by the staff. However, the entrance on Route 654 shall be upgraded per our minimum requirments for a commercial entrance with adequate site distance or be closed off. If the developer chooses to upgrade this entrance, a set of proposed plans must be submitted to our office for review and approval and a land use permit must be applied for. Health Department - No objection; permit issued. r` Roundhill Fire Company - No comment. Inspections Department - This conditional use permit request shall comply to Use Group B (Business), Section 303.0 of the National BOCA Basic Building Code, 1987. Planning and Zoning - No objection. The existing radio towers and accessory uses are allowed by right. A conditional use permit is required to allow additional radio station uses. The site is an isolated location on a large tract of land. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval, with the following conditions: 1. If the use, occupancy, or ownership of the property changes, this conditional use permit shall expire and a new conditional use permit will be required. 2.
