A commercial entrance, meeting the Department's minimum standards with adequate sight distance, will be required. Before we can comment further, it will be necessary to submit to our office a site plan for review. Sanitation Authority - Water and sewer is not available. Health Department - Site visit on 4/7/88 revealed no evidence of septic system malfunction. Therefore, Health Department has no objection to the present conditional use permit, given that only one office employee will be added to the system, in addition to the occupants of the house. Round Hill Fire Company - No comment. Planning - No objections. A site plan should be submitted for review and approval. The plan should include off-street parking, site improvements, and VDOT entrance requirements. Zoning - Ordinances to allow this type of use are currently being advertised for adoption by the Planning Commission on June 1, 1988 and by the Board of Supervisors on June 8, 1988.
