Dept. of Transportation - No objection to conditional use permit for this property. Existing entrance is adequate for proposed use. However, should use ever expand in the future, the entrance may need to be upgraded to our minimum commercial standards. Health Department - No objections, sewage system appears to be functioning satisfactorily at present. Owner will be the only operator. Fire Marshal - Will need fire extinguisher for work area. Electrical panels must be accessible at all times in case of an emergency. Inspections - This request for conditional use approval, shall comply to Use Group "B" Business Section 303.0 of the BOCA National Building Code 111987". Planning - Proposed use would be a cottage occupation and is permitted in the Rural Area (RA) District. If approved, this activity will be conducted solely within the accessory building described in the application. An inspection of this site was made on December 21, 1989 and reveals this is a very r] acceptable location for the desired activity. Good sight distance exists at entrance and exit and adequate parking space is available. Staff Recommendation - 12/21/89 Recommend approval with the following conditions: 1. Permit be reviewed and renewed annually. 2. If the use, occupancy or ownership of the property changes, this conditional use permit shall expire and an new conditional use permit will be required. 3.
