Existing entrance is adequate for proposed use. However, should use ever expand in the future, the entrance may need to be upgraded to our minimum commercial standards. Health Department - A walkover of the above property was done 8/4/89. At that time, the drainfield appeared to be operating properly. The health department has no objection to continued use of this system as long as there is no increase in water useage. Fire Marshal - This use poses no unusual fire hazards. Spraying would have to be in an approved booth and regulated by the Statewide Fire Code. Inspections - This request shall comply to Use Group "B" Business Section 303.0 of the BOCA National Building Code 1987. Planning - Applicant's proposed use is considered a permitted use in the RA District with a conditional use permit. If approved, activity must be conducted wholly within the principle building or an accessory structure. In the additional comments section.of his application, the applicant states "other than a two car garage, the property will be as it is now", implying that his business may expand into a yet to be constructed two car garage. - This would be permissable if the facility is constructed under the required zoning and building permits.
