Future addition or enlargement. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: VA Dept. of Transportation - No objection to conditional use permit for this property. Prior to operation, a commercial entrance will have to be constructed to our minimum standards to allow for safe egress and ingress of the property. There doesn't appear to be enough room in front of the structures to allow for the entrance, therefore it will have to be moved to the side. Any work'performed on the State's right-of-way will be covered under a Land Use Permit. Sanitation Authority - Water and sewer is not available to this area. Health Department - The Health Department has no objection to this proposal as long as the Kerns' proposed system for this store (Permit # SD-89-252) is installed and approved and water use does not exceed 140 gallons per day. Fire Marshal - Fire protection plans on site plan must meet Frederick County Chapter 10. Inspections - This request shall comply to Use Group "M" Mercantile Section 308.0 of the BOCA National Building Code 1987. Planning - A conditional use permit was approved for this site in 1979 prior to the applicant acquiring the property. This permit was not active so a new application was required.
