ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Agricultural/Residential Zoning and Land Use. PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct a 240 foot structure for use as an antique shop. REVIEW EVALUA^lIONS: Va. Dept. of Highways and Transportation/Public Works - No objection to conditional use permit; on -site parking to be provided. Winchester -Frederick Health Department - No objection. Department of Inspections - Construction must meet requirements of Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, Use Group B. Specific requirements will be noted on the plans. Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory. A plot plan will be required. Recommend the following conditions: 1. This be a five year permit to be reviewed annually by the staff. 2. Suggest discussion of hours of operation. 3. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval with the conditions suggested under Planning.
