your request for a conditional use permit for an Antique Shop.
The Board of Supervisors approved your Conditional Use Permit
#020-80 with the following conditions:
1. This be a five year permit to be reviewed annually by the
staff.
2. If the use is discontinued or occupancy of the building
changes, this conditional use permit shall.expire and a new
conditional use permit will be required.

north of Marlboro.
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Opequon Magisterial District.
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING:
Agricultural/Residential Zoning and Land Use.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS:
Construct a 240 foot structure for use as an antique shop.
REVIEW EVALUA^lIONS:
Va. Dept. of Highways and Transportation/Public Works -
No objection to conditional use permit; on -site parking to
be provided.
Winchester -Frederick Health Department - No objection.
Department of Inspections - Construction must meet requirements
of Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, Use Group B.
Specific requirements will be noted on the plans.
Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory. A plot plan will be
required. Recommend the following conditions:
1. This be a five year permit to be reviewed annually by the
staff.
2. Suggest discussion of hours of operation.
3. If the use is discontinued or occupancy of the building
changes, this conditional use permit shall expire and a
new conditional use permit will be required.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends approval with the conditions suggested under
Planning.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS:
The Planning Commission unanimously recommends approval of this
conditional use permit #020-80 to the Board of Supervisors with the
following conditions:
1. This be a five year permit to be reviewed annually by the
staff.
2. Hours of operation be daylight hours.
3. If the use is discontinued or occupancy of the building changes,
this conditional use permit shall expire and a new conditional
use permit will be required.
