The Board of Supervisors approved your Conditional Use Permit #015-80 with the following conditions: 1. Review annually by Staff, Planning.Commission and Board of Supervisors. 2. This will be a three year permit. 3. If the use is discontinued, or occupancy or ownership of the building changes, this conditional use permit shall expire and a new conditional use permit shall.be required. 4. If the nature of the business changes, additional improve- ments such as parking, access and hours of operation will be addressed. 5.
