This letter is to confirm the action taken by the Board of
Supervisors at their meeting of December 10, 1980 with regard to
your request for a Conditional Use Permit for.a home occupation/
beauty salon.
The Board of Supervisors approved your Conditional Use Permit
#015-80 with the following conditions:
1. Review annually by Staff, Planning.Commission and Board of
Supervisors.
2. This will be a three year permit.
3. If the use is discontinued, or occupancy or ownership of the
building changes, this conditional use permit shall expire
and a new conditional use permit shall.be required.
4. If the nature of the business changes, additional improve-
ments such as parking, access and hours of operation will
be addressed.
5. This be restricted to one employee (member of immediate
family residing on the premises).

Operate beauty salon in home. Ms. Ware will be
the only employee.
Va. Dept. of Highways and Transportation & Public
Works - No objection to conditional use permit. On -
site parking to be provided.
Winchester -Frederick Health Department - No objection
as long as Ms. Ware is the only employee. Water sample
pending.
Department of Inspections - Need floor plan of shop
to determine occupancy loads and exits.
Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory. Recommend
The following conditions:.
