Adjacent Land Use & Zoning: Residential. Proposed Use & Improvements: One-man sign business, operated in the home as a home occupation. Review Evaluations: Frederick -Winchester Health Department - Comments are forthcoming and will be presented verbally at the meeting. Va. Dept. of Highways and Transportation - No objection to conditional use permit. If this develops into a larger business, it will be necessary to conduct a commercial entrance. If any condition is violated or circumstances change which would require additional conditions, the Frederick County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors will review the conditional use permit. 2.
