This letter is to confirm the "action 'taken by the Board of
Supervisors at their meeting of October 8, 1980 with regard '
to -your request for a Conditional Use Permit for a home
occupation/sign business.
The Board of Supervisors approved your Conditional Use Permit
No. 010-80 with the following conditions:

1. Review and renew annually.
2.. This be a three (3) year permit.
3.' If the nature of the business changes, additional
provements such as parking, access and hours of operation
will -be addressed.
4. If the use is.discontinued, or occupancy or ownership
of the building changes, this conditional use permit shall
expire and a new conditional use permit will be required.

Frederick -Winchester Health Department - Comments
are forthcoming and will be presented verbally at
the meeting.
Va. Dept. of Highways and Transportation - No
objection to conditional use permit. If this
develops into a larger business, it will be necessary
to conduct a commercial entrance.
DeP artment of Public Works - Satisfactory.
Department of Inspections - No comment.
Zoning - Satisfactory. No adverse effects on adjacent
properties are anticipated.
Planning - This conditional use permit could be
approved with the following conditions:
1. This conditional use permit shall be reviewed
and renewed annually by the staff provided all
conditions placed upon the proposed use have.been
met. If any condition is violated or circumstances
change which would require additional conditions,
the Frederick County Planning Commission and Board
of Supervisors will review the conditional use
permit.
2. If the nature of the business changes, additional
improvements such as parking, access and hours of
operation will be addressed.
3.' If the use is discontinued, or occupancy or
ownership of the building changes, this conditional
use permit shall expire and a new conditional use
permit will be required.
