If use intensifies, additional conditions such as off- street parking facilities and hours of operation will be placed on the permit. 2. No employees other than members of the immediate family residing on the premises may be employed. 3. If the use is discontinued or occupancy of the building changes, this conditional use permit shall expire and a new conditional use permit will be required. 4.
