since Site Plan will be required.
Dept. of Inspections -- Building must meet the requirements
of use group M - Mercantile. Will require class A rrf,
exit lights and public sanitary facilities. Other minimum
requirements will be noted on plans.
Zoning -- Satisfactory. Site Plan will be required.
Planning -- Both crossovers have good sight di.,._.zce. Hopefully
this tract can serve as a center to limit the entrances on the
new roadway.
Staff Recommendation:
The staff recommends approval of a permit for a country general store only.
All requirements have been met, and a permit limited to' _annual renewal would not
be appropriate for an activity that requires new cons trc ution of_t is type.
Planninq Commission Recommendation:
