The proposed facilities in this case will not appreciably interfere with circulation and 'it does not appear that they will present a nuisance to adjoining properties. In fact, the removal of the existing control building, which is within 8' of the Kent Street right-of-way, will improve the visibility at the intersection and should improve the appearance of the general area. 0 The applicant states that the location of the proposed facilities is necessary for proper relationships of the various components of this electrical facility, which appears to be a reasonable contention, and would provide a reasonable basis for granting the variance.
